Nicole was the adjuster in our insurance case. I have never felt so unfairly treated in my life. I stopped at a red light and got rammed into by a pickup truck from behind. Lot of damage to the left rear side of my car. The driver fled the scene and later got ticketed by the police for reckless driving. Nicole concluded that the insurance company USAA will not cover the damage. He was incompetent in handling the claim, rude and inresponsive in handling the claim. My worst insurance experience ever.
