Angry Customer
Sam Costello took eleven hours to send me an E-mail he told me he could get to me within an hour. Then, when I was trying to close on my house, he didn't answer the phone or even call me back for two days straight. I left six voicemails and none were returned. His sense of customer service is appalling.
