Roofer contacted them to come to me home and convince me that the amount that I already received from insurance was not enough. He stated I would be charged 10% of the additional money they get. they waited 4 months to contact my insurance company and now are holding my depreciation money demanding $1700 ( 10% of the amount I had before I signed the contract with them). I am filing with BBB and complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING OR WORK WITH THEM.

CAME TO MY HOUSE SELLING ME THIS PLAN ON GETTING ME ALL THIS EXTRA MONEY FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY, TURNS OUT THAT THEY DIDNT GET AN EXTRA CENT AND TOOK 875$ OUT OF MY CLAIM MONEY. I WAS FLOORED, WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKS, PLEASE NOBODY USE THIS COMPANY!!
