Santiago Mosquera took my money and never opened the accounts for me and my child, just took my money and ran and has been hiding from me for a year. He lied about opening accounts and never did such thing. I don't know why a man would take money from a single mother and just runaway. I was looking to open a retirement acct for me and my child. I suggest you don't trust this agent and look the other way. He makes it seems like he is trustworthy but he is completely the opposite.
