Very rude, incompetent, arrogant not a people person. My car is being held hostage because they are taking his own sweet time about submitting payment of $2,292.84 to the body shop for a claim from November 11, 2015. All while I am still in a rental car that he has stopped payment on after he agreed to cover it until 12/15/2015. Although I have not maxed out my coverage of 30 days and $900.00. He has also indicated that there is no one above him to speak to, to resolve the issues previously stated. Which I find very hard to believe. I am very disgusted with the whole process
