My experience with Piper was though Allstate. Robyn Piper's name was listed on the Allstate letter as agent. I called the number but it was not Allstate but was Piper Jordon, a company I had never had business with. I left a message and call back number but was never contacted. I called again. Left a message and phone number for someone named Susan. She did not return my call by the end of the business day and I called her office again. Someone named Jaye who happened to be in her office told me Susan was out of office until Thurs. He told me to call John Riveria ,who also did not answer his phone or return my call. I gave up and called Allstate customer care who did not know who Piper Jordon was but was able to answer my questions. If your office was closed for the Easter week (?) everybody on spring break (?) it would be helpful if the person directing the incoming calls could be informed there was no one to assist clients.
