I recently had an accident and zed was assigned my caim. Zed always let calls go to voice mail and only returned calls with little information about your issue. He was very short and borderline rude with the handling of my claim. He had very little time to answer questions and acted as if I was a bother to him. He informed me of coverage on three (3) different occasions and after I acted on his information a $1300.00 bill was generated for the service I used. He then informed me that there was no coverage and that I would have to pay that bill. As of today the insurance company still haven't payed this bill.
