I am a policy holder through a corporate account and tried to contact this agent for 10 weeks about claims ongoing and had no response from him. I still have problems with the claim and have sidetracked him and have had to contact Aflac directly. My policies have been in effect for 10 years and I feel like he has turned his back on me and my claims.
