Walter aka "Walt" is a total moron. He couldn't run a lemonade stand properly. He is a liar and will do and say anything to steal money from you. He doesn't get back in touch with you when he says he will and will lie to you about quotes. I have had others tell me the same thing about him after having business dealings with him.
