Toby is an arrogant, unprofessional, biased, prejudice adjuster. He arrived 45 minutes late to two appointments, walked by us without acknowledging our presence, was condescending, raised his voice at us to the point his supervisor had to step in. He didn't want to replace smoke damaged items and again, his supervisor had to tell him more than once the items needed to be replaced and Toby still argued he didn't want to list all the damages. He never kept any commitment to complete documents, refused to discuss issues and his work contained many errors. Very sloppy. Requires rechecking every detail. Stated we were just trying to get money. Hope you never have Toby Shipp on your claim because he is terrible.
