I had a scheduled meeting with her to select benefits for my insurance. Something was wrong with the system and she said she would elect my benefits for me. We discussed the coverage I needed based on my lifestlye and I assumed she had everything taken care of like she assured me during the meeting. A month later, I find out that I have no coverage as she didn't follow up with who ever she needed to in order to ensure that my benefits went through. I even reached out to her to no avail..very upsetting.
