Denied a covered claim on my classic Rolls-Royce. She is rude, incompetent. SAFECO declared the car a total loss two years later. I had attorney fees, tow fees, inspection costs because of this adjuster. She ignored photos of collision damage. Horrible adjuster. Rude, inconsiderate person
