No question of liability, not my insurer. Accused me of fraudulantly exacerbating my neck injury in an attempt to get an inflated settlement. I assured her as an insurance professional that I am, I adhere to a code of ethics, and would never lie about my injury. She was screaming at me over the phone and so rude that I discontinued the conversation.

I have never been talked to so disrespectfully, especially by an agent representing my own insurance company. I don't see how a company could condone their employees yelling at their customers over the phone. I highly recommend requesting a different person to handle your claim of Nicola is ever assigned to you.
