Merle is able to look at coverage in extensive detail with a great deal of knowledge and understanding across multiple industries. If she feels that I do not need to make a change and have the best rates/policies, then she will tell me that and not attempt to get my business to get her numbers up. She consistently finds the best rates and adds a level of personal touch to all interactions.
