This person Lynda Pigeon has got to be the worst insurance person I have ever dealt with in 20 years of claims handling. She should not work with customers at all. Lynda has zero ability to deal with people in a civil manner. I would highly recommend asking for a different person if you end up with her. No good can come from working with her.

The absolute worst in service. Rude and cuts people off on the phone. Run like she was the plague. Feel free to lodge a complaint with her supervisor should you run into the same issue. Her supervisors name is Carrie @ 888-269-9171 ext 5163
