Kerry Ross doesn't understand anything beyond the edge of his nose it seems. I had a rental car through Nationwide as their policy holder rear-ended me at a red light. The Houston area where we lived flooded 24 hrs after I picked up the rental and the roads weree impassable for 4-5 days. Mr Ross has insinuated that since I wasted that time by staying home and not putting my car in the shop (flood, son's birthday party, and work are not as important as the claim he says) that I would be financially responsible for the car. He told me this AFTER he had $250 put on my card to pay for the rental. I have left a VM with his supervisor so lets see where that goes...
