Johnel Franks rocks! He just saved us over $700.00 by pro-actively calling us and telling us to comparing rates on our auto insurance at renewal. We did just that. We combined auto and home insurance with his associate and switched to them.

You ever have an insurance agent make your day? That's exactly what Johnell did, a great way to start off the weekend! For the past two days I was online getting quotes and dumbfounded by the type of quotes I was getting. I've been covered by my husbands insurance so a lot of the terms, coverages, liabilities were a bit foreign to me. Because of all the options, the quotes that came back were all over the place. Obamacare is difficult to navigate I tell ya. That's when Johnell stepped in. He was recommended to me by a friend of my husbands and the entire experience was extremely pleasant. Johnell made some recommendations and explained to me what the insurance plans didn't cover. All in all, the coverage I ended up with was excellent compared to the other quotes and at a fraction of the cost. He even followed up with me about a loyalty discount when he found out we had been with State Farm in Brooklyn. Disappointed with the service we were getting in Brooklyn while living in Staten Island, we switched to Johnell's recommended State Farm agency on the island. Spectacular experience. I hope I'll never have to use the insurance, but if the service on the other side is as good as this initial experience, they'll have a customer for a very long time.

Johnel Franks is a wonderful person to work with. I have referred a couple of my clients to Johnel for their insurance needs, and quite frankly, he is as good an insurance agent as he is a person. Johnel is intentional about supporting small business owners and his local neighbors. He reviewed my insurance and he happened to save me money but he also got me appropriate coverage for my cars and homes. His top notch customer service and his attention to the needs of the clients are wonderful, and I am happy to say he is my go to person for any insurance needs for my clients. Thank you, Johnel.
