"Scott" was very nice....at first. After that initial visit he made to our home, we still had questions. Scott would never answer the phone or return our calls. After numerous attemps, we finally got in touch with him and he was nothing but unprofessional. He made an honest mistake but would not take responsibly for it. I called him out on it and he hung up in my face and of course would answer the phone again. If Worley sends "Scott" as your, you may want to request another one.
