Completely agree with other comments that she is uninterested in people that is not interested in her, or, selling insurance. She certainly doesn't care much about the company she works for (Liberty Mutual). Would not recommend.

Wow! This gal has an 10xlg ego and attitude. Attitude definitely reflects she wants to be in charge even if she has to deal with lowly "John/Jane Q. Public" types. She was much more confusing more than helpful.

Ms. Jennifer is like the other comment said. Ive had Liberty Mutual Insurance before and found the peope to be very helpful and informed but not Ms Jennifer. Her private life is more important than work. She was not professional. I did find a different agent to help me and very happy with the treatement I got from him. I woud not recommend Jennifer Ahlberg.

Jennifer Ahlberg was more interested in her cell phone than our insurance needs. She was excessively "flirty" with our 17, (yes, seventeen) year old son and very animated and dismissive in her speech, except to him. This behavior was very offensive, especially to my wife. We took our business elsewhere as we were looking for a professional insurance agent not a "professional".
