Mr. Kirsch is a very knowledgeable adjuster. He is kind, offers explanations. He explained everything so we could understand the policy coverage. He was on time, spent a lot of time going through our home detailing all related damages. He informed us about some items we didn't even know were damaged. He is a genuine person who does a great job and really cares.
