Gina and Liberty Mutual do not provide customer service. A vehicle insured by Liberty Mutual went through a stop sign without slowing down and struck the rear driver's door of my vehicle, spinning my vehicle around like a top. The driver received two tickets, one for causing the crash. There was also an independent witness. Now 3 weeks to the day, Gina is dragging her feet and they still have not taken responsibility and my car is duct taped to stay together. Stay away from Liberty Mutual and do not allow Gina Insana to handle any claim you have.
