Chris came out to estimate the damage done on our property after the master bedroom toilet flooded. In his initial estimate to the insurance company he left out the replacement of the sink cabinet, counter top (that his chosen team damaged during removal), damage in the second bathroom, and installation of the new toilet (which includes cutting back the flange since his team removed the tile floor in the bathroom). His initial appraisal happened on April 9th. It is now June 30th and we are still waiting for him to agree with our contractor on the damage done and the cost to repair. He seldom answers or return phone calls unless the insurance claims rep is called, he gives deadlines that work will be completed and passes them without a call or email. Very poor work on his initial appraisal and even worse customer service.
