Highly unprofessional and frankly I thought he was rude he wore jeans to the meeting and sneakers and he kept letting out massive farts heavy stink in their nice office... basketball games and hoops in their office.

He swears on the phone sounds like a drunk. And was not at all helpful much rather go with a different agent next time kept me on hold for an hour just extremely unprofessional
