The second time I deal with this agency and the second time I get disappointed by them. This time I just tried to get my Citizens insurance back so I called 1st Street Agency and talked to Matthew Schultz. He gave me a quote and told me to get all sorts of documents (which seemed irrelevant to reopen a policy that was just closed two months ago) but I went ahead and got them. I sent Matthew at least five emails and called him at least five times. He was either out of office or "too busy to answer" my calls according to whoever answers at the office. A month later I still haven't even received a courtesy e-mail telling me anything about the insurance. This company as many other in South Florida are full of inept individuals looking for a quick buck vs helping a customer.
